Role: HR Advisor
Location: Cardiff (Hybrid - 3 days in-office)
Salary: £28,000 per annum
Contract: Permanent
Key Responsibilities:
* Respond to day-to-day HR queries from colleagues and external stakeholders
* Deliver engaging training sessions and induction programs to onboard and develop staff effectively.
* Facilitate workshops and learning initiatives to enhance employee engagement and leadership skills.
* Evaluate the success of training and development programs, making recommendations for improvement.
* Support workforce planning by identifying skill gaps and aligning training to organisational goals.
* Provide HR advice on policies, procedures, and employee relations as needed.
* Manage training records and track development activities to ensure compliance and progress.
* Assist in general HR administration, including updating HR systems and supporting employee queries.
* Manage organisational development projects, driving change and supporting continuous improvement.
What you'll need:
* Proven experience in training delivery, L&D, or HR generalist roles.
* Strong communication and presentation skills, with the ability to engage diverse audiences.
* Proactive and organised approach, able to manage multiple priorities effectively.
* Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, able to influence stakeholders at all levels.
* Proficiency in analysing workforce data to inform decision-making.
* Self-starter with a proactive approach to problem-solving and driving improvements.
* CIPD qualification (desirable but not essential)
* Previous experience in a third sector organisation (desirable but not essential)
Additional requirements:
* Full clean UK driving license and own transport for work related travel
* A fully enhanced DBS Certificate (which will be completed by the organisation)
