About the Role
The Commissioning Home Manager will be responsible for ensuring high-quality resident care, developing staff, and maintaining a safe and supportive environment.

Benefits and Salary
The successful candidate can expect a competitive salary of £60,000 + 25% bonus, as well as a range of benefits including private healthcare and 25 days annual leave.
Requirements
To be considered for this exciting opportunity, candidates should possess:
* Significant home management experience in elderly care homes
* A proven track record of achieving consistently good or above CQC reports
* Strong commercial acumen, marketing skills, and budget management experience
* Commissioning experience is desirable but not essential
* Elderly/dementia home management experience is essential
