As we grow, we’re looking for a Sales and Brand Development Manager who can introduce our products to new markets, expand our customer base, and lead the charge in creating a globally recognised brand. This role would be a good fit for somebody with understanding of various different social media platforms and brand marketing and advertisement. Key Responsibilities: Lead the way in introducing our beers to new venues, distributors and market segments that align with our values. Build key relationships that will set us up for growth. Design and execute sales strategies that generate brand awareness, drive sales, and help us build a loyal customer base. You’ll have the freedom to experiment, refine, and deliver innovative ideas. Be the passionate face of our brand. Represent us at industry events, tastings, festivals, and in meetings, where you’ll share our story and vision, connect with key players, and build lasting partnerships. Create impactful campaigns, plan exciting seasonal launches, and generate buzz around our brewery. Track sales metrics, analyse market trends, and adjust strategies to ensure our brand’s continued growth and relevance. What We’re Looking For: Proven success in a sales role, ideally in the craft beer or beverage industry. Deep understanding of the craft beer scene and a natural passion for the product. A strategic thinker with creativity and drive, who thrives on ambitious goals and is ready tocreate something from the ground up. Exceptional communication, negotiation, and networking skills. Self-motivated and resourceful, with a willingness to travel as needed to grow our brand presence.
