Learning Support Assistant
Location: Newcastle

Salary: Based on experience
We are looking for a caring and committed Learning Support Assistant to join a welcoming school in Newcastle. This role involves working closely with students who need extra help in the classroom to achieve their best.
Main Duties:
Support students one-to-one or in small groups.
Work with teachers to follow learning plans for individual pupils.
Help create a positive and inclusive learning environment.
Assist with day-to-day classroom activities.
What We’re Looking For:
Experience working with children (in schools or other settings).
A friendly, patient, and supportive attitude.
Good communication skills.
Relevant qualifications like a Level 2/3 Teaching Assistant certificate are a bonus but not essential.

All pay rates quoted will be inclusive of 12.07% statutory holiday pay. This advert is for a temporary position. In some cases, the option to make this role permanent may become available at a later date.
