Veritas Education is seeking a dedicated and experienced Behaviour-Focused Teaching Assistant to join a prestigious secondary school in Hounslow, starting ASAP. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in supporting students with additional needs, excellent behaviour management skills, and a passion for helping students achieve their full potential.

Key Responsibilities:

* Support students with special educational needs (SEN), focusing on behaviour and emotional development
* Implement behaviour management strategies to encourage positive behaviour
* Work closely with teachers to provide tailored support to students both inside and outside the classroom
* Help manage classroom behaviour and create a positive learning environment
* Support individual students or small groups, providing interventions where needed
* Assist with the delivery of educational plans, ensuring students remain engaged and on track

Requirements:
