Job Title: IT Engineer
Location: Kidderminster (Hybrid)
Salary: £35,000 to £38,000 (DOE)
I'm looking for an IT Engineer to join a newly formed team to act as a final point of escalation and help to better the practice.
Great role for an experienced IT Engineer who's keen to maintain but develop a broad skillset and make a real difference/impact to a business who have an established customer base.
You can make ful use of the budget for training/exams in aid of achieving certifications alongside the personal development plan to accelerate your technical capabilities.
Key Responsibilities:
As the IT Engineer you will Act as a final point of escalation for technical engineers.
Ensure P1 Incidents are resolved in a timely manner to agreed SLA's and maintain strong level of communication with internal and external users.
Support with the technical development of junior engineers.
Keep up to date with the latest technology and market trends with the view of obtaining industry recognised certifications.
Write detailed documentation wherever possible to minimise times on reoccuring issues. (look to automate tasks where possible).
Work closely with key management personnel to improve the practice and give recommendations.

The business will fund training and exams in aid of achieving industry recognised certifications (with an ideal focus on MS-900, AZ-900 & AZ-104 etc..)
