Key responsibilities
Act as first point of contact for managers regarding a wide range of professional services queries. g., pay and benefit enquiries, company policy questions and day to day queries across the professional services side of the business.
Support managers with all aspects of recruitment including initiating recruitment within the HR system, coordinating interviews, processing contracts and supporting with the onboarding and new starter inductions.
Provide day-to-day support to the wider team across professional services.
Help develop and curate engaging content for the website, email newsletters, social media, and other marketing channels.
