The job We’re looking for a Conservation Officer to join us and provide expert advice to our busy and friendly Development Management Team. You’ll be joining a stable and productive team which enjoys a strong sense of purpose and a collaborative spirit. The successful applicants will assist the Council in meeting its corporate objectives and statutory obligations in relation to planning services. As the Council’s principal specialist advisor on heritage matters, you will have the opportunity to engage with an interesting and varied workload. The Council has committed to becoming a carbon-neutral authority by 2035 (brought forward from 2040) and a carbon-neutral district by 2040. Hart is a largely rural District in North-East Hampshire and is consistently ranked as one of the best places to live in the UK.
