Role:
Sales Negotiator
Salary: £25,000
Location: Mapplewell (S75)
Hours: Monday to Friday 9-5.30pm, 1 in 2 Saturdays 9am – 4pm (day off in the week when working a Saturday)
Our client is an estate agent where a personal service is central to everything they do. They place great emphasis on communication and building strong client relationships.

Key Responsibilities:
4. Arranging sales valuations
5. Arranging sales viewings
6. Dealing with sales enquiries
7. Chasing prospective buyers for viewing feedback
8. Negotiating offers on sales properties
9. Progressing sales with clients, chains and solicitors
10. Completing admin in relation to advertising properties, agreeing sales and completions.
11. Carry out sales viewings when required.
The successful candidate:
12. Sales negotiation experience – essential
13. Full UK Driving Licence & access to own vehicle.
14. Works well with others to create a team spirit and an enjoyable working environment.
15. Ability to work under own initiative.
16. Good telephone manner
17. Strong IT skills (Basic Microsoft Packages)
18. Strong attention to detail
