We are seeking a Lettings Consultant to join our clients Lettings team and we aren't looking for experience as this role can be trained. The ideal candidate will be dedicated to providing exceptional customer service and passionate about creating a first-class experience for all our clients. As a Lettings Consultant, you will manage all aspects of lettings before a tenancy begins.

Your Responsibilities:
* Develop and maintain strong relationships with Landlords, Tenants, and Contractors.
* Ensure an exceptional experience for both Tenants and Landlords.
* Manage communications via phone, email, Live Chat, and WhatsApp.
* Stay updated on lettings compliance and conduct Right to Rent checks.
* Receive and process new enquiries from Tenants and Landlords.
* Advertise properties and proactively contact potential Tenants.
* Register applicants, arrange and conduct viewings, and provide feedback to Landlords.
* Negotiate offers between Landlords and Tenants.
* Assist the Asset Management team during busy changeover periods.
* Support marketing events.

* Strong organisational skills.
* Excellent communication skills to deliver high-quality service to all customers.
* Ability to manage tasks from start to finish.
* Experience in lettings (preferred).
* Self-motivated and able to work independently.
* Ability to prioritise tasks and meet deadlines.
* Flexible and adaptable approach to work.
Details:
* Hours of Work: 9am - 5:30pm, Monday to Friday, plus 26 Saturdays per year (10am - 3pm).
