Salary: Up to £76,992 package per annum + Benefits!

SEND Inclusion Support collaborates with leading providers of Education and Care across the UK, aiming to provide comprehensive support to children and young people. We are currently seeking a passionate and dedicated individual to join a fabulous staff team as a Registered Children's Home Manager in Albrighton.
The Role:
As the Registered Children's Home Manager, you will oversee the day-to-day operations of this home in Shropshire, which caters specifically to young individuals with social, emotional, and mental health needs. This fully staffed home operates on a shift pattern of 7 days on and 7 days off, with both sleep-in and waking night staff providing round-the-clock support. The home has been rated as OFSTED 'Good', reflecting our commitment to providing high-quality care and support.
Key Responsibilities:
* Ensure compliance with OFSTED standards and regulations
* Provide leadership and guidance to staff members
* Create a nurturing environment that fosters growth and development
* Actively participate in new referrals and admissions
* Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to address the individual needs of each young person
Requirements:
* Experience managing an OFSTED-rated Good or Outstanding children's home
* Level 5 Diploma qualification in Leadership and Management for Residential Childcare (England)
* Full UK driving licence held for a minimum of 12 months
