Robert Half are delighted to be partnering with Gloucestershire County Cricket Club in supporting with the hire of a People & Culture Executive to join the team on a permanent basis. This a full-time role and you will be based at the club offices at the stadium in Bristol, with the option for some hybrid and flexible working.

Gloucestershire Cricket is one of the 18 First Class County Cricket Clubs in England and Wales. Established in 1870, the club has a rich history in the sport, continued to this day. With redevelopment of their Seat Unique Stadium the club now regularly hosts international cricket, as well as the recently refurbished Bristol Pavilion offering a state of the art media and hospitality venue.

The Role
As People and Culture Executive you will have a key part to play in the team, offering HR administration support to the People and Culture Generalist. The role will be responsible for general day to day administration in the team, and well as supporting with any initial queries from employees and managers.
You will look after employee contracts, support in the recruitment process and enable a successful onboarding and induction process for new hires. You will provide first line HR support, offering guidance where necessary or escalating as needed, and will in addition provide support to the Club's Payroll Officer.
Due to the nature of the industry, you will ideally enjoy working in a fast paced and evolving environment. A want to embed yourself into the club and the people is important, as well as a genuine interest in building and contributing to company culture.
Responsibilities
1. Generalist HR administration Support
2. Recruitment activities such as drafting job descriptions and initial candidate screening
3. Responsible for issuing offer letters, contracts and new hire onboarding
4. Update and maintain HR system
5. Support People and Culture Generalist with HR projects
