Are you an experienced support practitioner, skilled in aiding adults with autism? Would you appreciate having every second weekend off? ... If your answer is yes, Randstad has the ideal opportunity for you. We're collaborating with a Scottish charity seeking autism practitioners in the South Lanarkshire area. Successful candidates will relish working a minimum of 30 hours per week, with fantastic pay rates of up to £16 per hour. This role involves providing support to individuals on the autism spectrum. Nestled in serene countryside and surrounded by farmland, our residence provides a nurturing environment where you can truly make a difference.
Your daily responsibilities will revolve around empowering individuals to engage in activities they enjoy, fostering independence, assisting with personal care, integrating them into the community, and aiding with household tasks. Anticipate exploring the local area, ensuring each day is fulfilling for everyone involved.

In ordered to be considered for this post, you must be:
12. Qualified to minimum SVQ Level 2 in Care or HNC in Social Care (Desirable)
13. A car driver with access to your own vehicle (ESSENTIAL)
14. Minimum 12 months UK experience, working within a care setting
