Purpose of the Role/Role Overview:
The successful candidate will ensure all aspects of work are confirmed and processed compliantly, through to financial completion with all required documents stored and delivered to the client.
Duties & responsibilities:
1. Assist with the programming of works with contractors
2. Carry out daily duties with aprofessional approach, prioritising customer service
3. Facilitate clientqueries, recognising opportunity to prioritise relationships/tasks
4. Assist with obtaining Asbestos and other key safe related information
5. Raise orders received from clients to track and monitor works
6. Issue purchase orders to supply chain and monitor through to delivery
