We have an excellent secondment opportunity for an experienced nurse to join our committed and supportive Cardiology Team. We are seeking an enthusiastic and motivated nurse who is looking to extend their knowledge and skills in an Acute Cardiac/Medical environment.
Main duties of the job

Training and qualifications
Essential criteria
9. Professional UK registration e.g. NMC.
10. Degree level education or equivalent knowledge and skills gained through any combination of alternative study, or employment experience
11. Evidence of post registration qualification(s) in ECG interpretation and management of the cardiac patient.
12. Teaching / mentoring qualification or equivalent study or work experience.
13. Intermediate life support skills or advanced life support skills attainment
Desirable criteria
14. Additional post graduate learning in specialist field including masters degree or working towards
Experience and knowledge
Essential criteria
15. Evidence of significant post registration clinical work experience in the cardiac patient
Desirable criteria
16. Experience of clinical audit
Skills and ability
Essential criteria
17. Able to demonstrate a good command of the English language both written and verbal.
Desirable criteria
18. Demonstrates previous team planning and organisational skills.
