About the Role:
LT Selection is exclusively recruiting for a Quality Manager to oversee quality assurance and compliance across educational programmes. This role is pivotal in maintaining teaching, learning, and assessment standards, adhering to regulatory requirements, and ensuring continuous improvement in educational delivery.
Key Responsibilities:
* Develop and enforce comprehensive quality control protocols.
* Lead preparation for OFSTED inspections and manage compliance documentation.
* Review and update quality assurance strategies to meet educational standards.
* Drive the completion of Self-Assessment Reports (SAR) and Quality Improvement Plans (QIP).
* Collaborate with curriculum teams to enhance teaching practices.
* Analyse feedback from learners and employers to implement continuous improvements.
* Conduct regular teaching and assessment audits, providing actionable feedback.
* Coordinate with external accreditation bodies to ensure compliance.
* Analyse performance data and present findings to senior management.
* Attend office three times a week for effective communication and process oversight.
Contract Details:
* Type: Full-time, Permanent
* Location: Warwickshire, with required office presence
* Hours: Monday to Friday, 9:00 am to 5:00 pm
