Agile Delivery Specialist
Salary £50,000 to £60,000

If the answer is yes, we would love to hear from you! We are currently recruiting for an Agile Delivery Specialist to join our Data & Analytics team.
This role could be ideal for you if you have Agile delivery management/scrum master experience and enjoy building positive relationships with stakeholders. The role will initially focus on data delivery for our Accounting and Actuarial colleagues and any experience in this area would be beneficial.
A bit about the job:
As the Agile Delivery Specialist, you will lead the team in the adoption of and adherence to Agile values, principles and framework; ensuring the team can be productive in delivery by clearing the path of blockages, organising the backlog and planning sprints. Along with supporting the team and Product Owners through the lifecycle of the IT change - from requirements to implementation into Production. And whilst driving efficiency through a culture of continuous improvement, automation, learning and transparency. You will provide updates and high-level reports to key stakeholders and be able to talk clearly and concisely about the status of your Deliveries.
Skills and experience we’re looking for:
1. Experience of leading multiple development teams using an Agile delivery approach
2. Some project management experience (e.g. Resourcing Profiles, Risk and Issue Management)
3. Ability to produce and manage budgets up to £2m

4. Starting salary between £50,000 - £60,000 (depending on skills, experience, and qualifications)
