Launch & Change Management – 24-month Graduate Scheme (September 2025)
The Launch and Change Management function is responsible to successfully manage all product changes and new product introductions, including Bespoke into the manufacturing process. The teamwork cross-functionally in a multi project landscape to ensure all new introductions are seamlessly integrated without impact or disruption to the running production processes. The role is dynamic, and challenges technical, business and people skills in order to successfully manage the project landscape.
The Launch and Change Management department ensures the successful introduction of product changes into Rolls-Royce production. It is responsible for the steering and introduction of launch and bespoke projects as well as series changes, in addition to the creation and maintenance of the bill of material for in-house production and the successful introduction of our products and processes. Our team is seeking a graduate to join from September 2025.
What awaits you?
1. Support the team in launch or series activities.
2. Be part of the successful launch of pre-series cars and new bespoke content.
3. Keep in close contact with the process partners of the team and have a unique view of the manufacturing of high luxury cars.
4. Take responsibility for your own projects and present them in front of process partners and your team.
5. Support the team manager with reporting and presentations into the wider BMW business and partner departments.
What you should bring along
6. Studying towards or have achieved a bachelor’s degree at 2:2 or above or a Master’s degree Pass or above in an Engineering or Business course.
7. Have basic understanding of complex processes in relation to automotive technologies as well as automotive manufacturing.
8. Experienced with Microsoft Office applications (Excel, Word, PowerPoint & Power Bi data visualisation tools ).
9. Able to communicate solutions clearly and concisely.
10. Able to work independently as well as collaborate with the team.
11. Able to work in a high-quality demanded environment.
