What you’ll be doing
1. Manage multiple projects/ workstreams through the full project lifecycle.
2. Agree and document project scope, providing clear identification of the four main sections: initiation, planning, execution, and closure.
3. Predict resources needed to reach objectives and manage resources in an effective and efficient manner, securing and assigning the right resource to the right tasks.
4. Prepare budget based on scope of work and resource requirements and track project costs to meet agreed budgets.
5. Ensure all material risks and issues are reported and escalated appropriately.
6. Maintain a detailed project schedule and work plan. monitor progress and adjust as needed.
7. Adhere to the DERTOURUK project management standards.
8. Ensure effective stakeholder management and project communication to the business; provide project updates on a consistent basis to various stakeholders about strategy, adjustments, and progress.
9. Provide project expertise and support to the business operational teams.
10. Oversee the involvement of any third-party partners, ensuring they meet our quality, cost, and timing goals.
11. Measure project performance to identify areas for improvement.
12. Be a driver of sound and effective project governance across all workstreams.
13. Stay up to date with current trends and technological innovations relevant to the business’ objectives.
14. Actively collaborate with other departments to ensure supplier relationships are well managed and consistent.
15. Be positive in undertaking any reasonable duties relevant to the position to ensure the success of the operation.

22. Experience of managing a varied project workload
23. Proven ability to solve problems creatively.
24. Strong familiarity with project management software tools, methodologies, and best practices
