Our client is a large and well-established insurance broking group with a reputation for delivering tailored solutions to businesses. They are seeking an experienced Sales Director to lead their sales strategy, drive revenue growth, and expand their client base.

The Sales Director will be responsible for developing and executing a comprehensive sales strategy that aligns with the company's business objectives. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in sales leadership within Commercial Insurance and wider financial services sector, with a strong focus on building and managing high-performing sales teams.

The Candidate
As Sales Director you will have
* Extensive experience in a senior sales role within Financial Services, ideally in the Commercial Insurancespace.
