Field Office Administrator – Fixed Term Contract 1 year
To give you an idea of how this flexible Admin role would look and feel, here are some areas you could expect to work in:
1. Act as the first point of contact for the Service Team, ensuring calls and e-mails are handled promptly
2. Create helpdesk cases and triage appropriately
3. Manage work orders for service requests
4. Schedule and arrange preventative maintenance inspections, mandatory or optional STBs, upgrades and small installs for both hardware and software
5. Maintain the schedule of service contracts, including dates of visits, invoices, renewals, terminations and changes
The successful Field Office Administrator applicant will need a minimum of 4 x GCSE (or equivalent) qualifications at grade C or above, including English and Maths.
You will also require:
6. 2 years of experience in a similar administrative or coordination role with demonstrable skills
7. An understanding of VMS business strategy and goals within an administrative and support function
8. Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite (Office 365) and SharePoint
9. Knowledge of Word and Excel to intermediate level, plus Outlook experience
10. Previous experience in a customer support role within the healthcare or closely related industry
