Salary £15 per hour
Working on the bank means you are not contracted to a set number of hours per week but instead work on an ad-hoc basis to suit the needs of the business and your availability.

As a Bank Swim Instructor at our Liverpool Fitness and Wellbeing Gym,you’ll need to have a Swim England Level 2 or equivalent qualification, together with a good track record of teaching swimmers of all ages and abilities. Experience required or willingness to learn to teach ducklings and adults as well as the Learn to Swim Programe. Must be available on a Wednesday evening and Saturday morning.
As a Bank Swim Instructor, you will:
1. Engage, teach and inspire members of all ages to achieve their swimming goals
2. Make the most out of every opportunity to help people learn and develop
3. Deliver one-to-one lessons or group classes
4. Be a positive role model with a fun, engaging approach
5. Have high expectations of the swimmers and demonstrate good class management.
6. Promote memberships by explaining the advantages that our facilities offer
