CX Consultant (Automotive)
Location: Remote (Occasional travel to Ipswich and London required)
Salary: Up to £70,000 per annum (depending on experience)

Our client, a leading global organisation specialising in end-to-end customer experience services, is seeking a talented CX Consultant to join their dynamic team. As a CX Consultant, you will work closely with the Head of Consulting to design and lead transformative projects for our clients.
Responsibilities:
Work with key stakeholders across our clients' businesses to understand requirements and develop a clear view of the changes required
Identify, document, and embed new processes to support the delivery of our clients' strategies
Continuously improve efficiencies and company productivity by identifying and converting opportunities
Deliver consulting-style projects that solve business problems and drive measurable bottom line savings and growth opportunities
Design and implement business processes, systems, and organisational transformations
Collaborate with internal and external specialists to implement recommendations
Provide business process improvement assistance, including developing and implementing process improvement strategies based on client business requirements
