As a Vice President on our FX Product Partnerships team in Cross-Currency Payments, you are an integral part of the team that manages the relationships with our FX Partnerships.
Job responsibilities:
1. Develops a product strategy and product vision that delivers value to customers.
2. Manages discovery efforts and market research to uncover customer solutions and integrate them into the product roadmap.
3. Owns, maintains, and develops a product backlog that enables development to support the overall strategic roadmap and value proposition.
4. Builds the framework and tracks the product's key success metrics such as cost, feature and functionality, risk posture, and reliability.
5. Manages the relationships with our global FX partners.
6. Evaluates provider capabilities and recommends global partners based on both long and short-term business objectives.
7. Inquires about new products/services with existing partners to increase value to JPMC clients.
8. Analyses volume and cost data including areas to expand vs. consolidate relationships.
9. Addresses potential issues in operations with partners and expedites solutions.
10. Establishes metrics of success, with continued tracking and monitoring of existing partnerships.
11. Supports negotiation of pricing and product offerings with our partners.
Required qualifications, capabilities, and skills:
1. Proven expertise in product management or a relevant domain area.
2. Advanced knowledge of the product development life cycle, design, and data analytics.
3. Proven ability to lead product life cycle activities including discovery, ideation, strategic development, requirements definition, and value management.
4. Experience in a Fintech, Payments Product, Strategy, or Management Consulting role.
5. An outstanding ability to analyze problems, perform detailed research, communicate effectively and confidently (both oral and written).
6. Work well in cross-functional teams, apply innovative thinking, and possess strong project management skills.
7. A track record demonstrating a high level of personal initiative, setting and achieving challenging goals, and demonstrating entrepreneurial leadership.
8. Experience in initiatives/projects to resolve diverse problems.
9. Excellent and efficient skills using MS Excel and PowerPoint tools.
10. A bias towards action, focusing on delivering the end in mind at all times.
11. Creative thinking and problem solving, with internal and external partners combined with proven relationship management experience.

1. Demonstrated prior experience working in a highly matrixed, complex organization.
