We are recruiting for experienced and forward thinking Customer Service Administrator. This is full time and temporary position for 1 month and office based (no working from home days). Very interesting and varied role.
Work Pattern: Contractual Hours 30
Monday - Friday 10:00am -16:30
30 Minute Lunch to be taken betwe·en 12-14:00
Hourly rate £13 per hour
Overall purpose of the job:
To provide general administrate support to the Customer Service Supply Chain and Logistics Team.
Key areas of responsibility:
General Administration
Scanning and online file of orders
Shredding of scanned documents
Support on Chasing Export documentation
Checking ASN receipts for orders dispatched
Ship confirms orders for invoicing on JDE
Support team in raising Sales orders on JOE as required
Customer Service
Support team with customer queries
Support in maintaining the Order mailbox And any other general administration process as requiredPerson specification:
