What this role is all about:
This exciting new Sourcing Business Partner role will have direct responsibility for the sourcing, contract, and supplier management for Group Insurance for the organisation. It is vitally important that this role ensures the right levels of cover are in place to protect the organisation. This role will be a great opportunity for a driven individual to drive this space in the Sourcing team forwards and be willing to learn more about Group Insurance agreements.
The role holder will also have duties for other sourcing work, which will include the identification, engagement and onboarding of third parties for products and services. You will also oversee the ongoing management of Vitalitys existing supplier base; and the category management of areas of spend to drive best value.
