About the Role
We are currently seeking a talented QHSE Advisor to join our team and contribute to our mission of delivering exceptional quality and safety standards. As a QHSE Advisor, you will be responsible for ensuring the implementation and maintenance of our HSE management systems, conducting quality control checks, and providing training to colleagues on HSE best practices.
Key Responsibilities
* HSE Management System: Implement and maintain an effective HSE management system that aligns with industry regulations and standards.
* Quality Control: Conduct regular quality control inspections to ensure compliance with company standards and customer specifications.
* Risk Assessment: Identify and mitigate potential risks associated with our operations, including equipment maintenance and storage.
* Training and Development: Provide training and guidance to colleagues on HSE best practices and quality control procedures.
Requirements
To excel as a QHSE Advisor, you will require:
* A minimum of 3 years' experience in a similar role within the manufacturing or engineering sector.
* Strong knowledge of HSE legislations and ISO requirements.
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
* A proactive approach to identifying and mitigating risks.
Estimated Salary: £45,000 - £55,000 per annum, depending on experience. We also offer a comprehensive benefits package, including annual leave, pension scheme, and opportunities for professional development.
