TheyareseekingadynamicandhighlyorganizedSeniorSales&EventPlannertojointheireliteteam.BasedinSurrey,youwillberesponsiblefordrivingsales,managingclientrelationships,andoverseeingtheseamlessexecutionofeventsacrossthecountyandbeyond.Youwillworkcloselywithclientstounderstandtheirvisionandrequirements,andcoordinatewithourculinaryandoperationsteamstoensurethateverydetailexceedsexpectations.Theidealcandidatewillbeastrongcommunicatorwithexperienceinhigh-endcatering,eventplanning,andsales,andpossesstheabilitytomanagemultiplehigh-pressureeventswithease.
KeyResponsibilities:
Sales&ClientAcquisition:
* GeneratenewbusinessleadsandmanageincominginquiriesforprivateandcorporateeventsthroughoutSurrey.
* Conductsitevisitsandconsultationswithprospectiveclientstounderstandtheireventvision.
* Prepareandpresenttailoredproposalsthathighlightourofferings,pricing,andservices.
* Buildandmaintainstrongrelationshipswithclients,ensuringhighclientsatisfactionandretention.
EventPlanning&Coordination:
* Workcloselywithclientstoplaneventlogistics,includingmenuselection,venuesetup,andeventflow.
* Collaboratewithculinaryandserviceteamstoensureflawlessexecutiononthedayoftheevent.
* Managetimelines,budgets,andvendorcontractstodelivereventswithinscopeandonbudget.
* Handleanylast-minutechangesorchallengestoensuretheeventrunssmoothlyandmeetsclientexpectations.
TeamLeadership&Collaboration:
* Serveastheprimarypointofcontactforclientsfrominitialconsultationtoeventday.
* Workcross-functionallywithinternalteams(chefs,servicestaff,logistics)toensureseamlesseventdelivery.
* Trainandoverseeeventstafftoprovideexceptionalserviceandhospitalityon-site.
* Provideleadershipandproblem-solvingsupportduringeventstoensureclientsatisfaction.
Post-EventFollow-Up&Reporting:
* Conductpost-eventevaluationswithclientstogatherfeedbackandidentifyareasforimprovement.
* Preparereportsoneventoutcomes,clientfeedback,andfuturerecommendations.
