Job Description:
As a Commercial Vehicle Specialist you will be the driving force behind our Maxus Brand, driving sales and providing an excellent service to customers and colleagues. You will also be responsible for all aspects of new and used Commercial / 4x4 sales.
The role includes but is not limited to:
1. Maximising the sales and profitability of Commercial / 4x4 vehicles both new and used
2. Delivering a professional, personal and enjoyable customer service
3. Liaising with customers to arrange test drives, provide product information, pricing, etc.
4. Updating our CRM system with all leads and customer information
5. Ensuring the highest standard of customer satisfaction in line with company and manufacturer approved measures
6. Ensuring stock levels are monitored and sufficient to meet demand and within agreed budget
7. Ensuring company and manufacturer standards are met regarding stock preparation, showroom, forecourts and point of sale
8. Win new business by prospecting both on-the-road and office based
9. Building and maintaining strong working relationships with other departments
10. Reporting to senior management regularly
11. Helping to source new and used commercial / 4x4 vehicles as per customer requests
12. Keeping up-to-date with technical and product information for new and used vehicles and accessories
Person specification:
1. A proven record within the motor industry and outstanding sales and marketing skills
2. A successful track record of Commercial Vehicle sales with proven records of continually reaching targets and KPI’s
3. Excellent IT skills
4. High level knowledge of regulated financial products
5. Experience of DMS, CRM and other automotive retail databases and technology
6. Strong negotiator, possessing excellent communication and presentation skills
7. Commercial awareness
8. Self-management and drive
9. Full, clean UK Driving Licence

Salary: Competitive Basic Salary (Dependent on Experience) plus Generous Uncapped Bonus Scheme (OTE £45k - £55k+)
