The development consists of 65 high-specification units, including some social housing. The company's office is based in Exeter, and they are looking for someone to start immediately.
Key Responsibilities:
* Manage day-to-day operations on the site.
* Coordinate and supervise subcontractors and site staff.
* Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations.
* Monitor project progress to keep it on schedule and within budget.
* Maintain high standards of workmanship and quality control.
* Liaise with clients, architects, and engineers to address any issues.
* Oversee site logistics, including material deliveries and storage.
* Prepare and submit regular progress reports.
Qualifications and Experience:
* Proven experience as a Site Manager in residential construction.
* Experience with high-specification units and social housing projects.
* Strong knowledge of construction processes and best practices.
* Excellent leadership and communication skills.
* Ability to solve problems promptly and efficiently.
* Valid CSCS card, SMSTS certificate, and First Aid qualification.
* Proficient with project management software and IT systems.
