About The Role
Night Support Worker, Maes Y Coed, Pembroke Dock. £11.60 to £12.00 dependent on experience. 35 hours per week.
**This role requires a drivers license**

We’re a leading organisation dedicated to provide exceptional care and support to children and adults with complex needs associated with autism.
Maes Y Coed is our latest home in the Pembrokeshire area based near Pembroke Dock. Our Maes Y Coed home is a welcoming home comprising of four individual flats situated on the grounds of its sister service, Bangeston Hall. Maes Y Coed takes pride in its commitment to providing personalise care packages that cater to the unique needs and preferences of each resident. We are looking forward to opening and welcoming our individuals to their new home. Whilst this is a night position, this is subject to change in order to meet the needs of the business.

A typical day in the life of working at Maes Y Coed may include:
* Ensuring their physical and emotional needs are met through a supportive and caring environment;
* Support our people during recreational activities, outings and community integration;
* Promote independence, self-esteem, and confidence in our people, celebrating their achievements and milestones;
* Working together to ensure support is tailored to meet individual needs;
* Keeping accurate records of all activities, progress, and incidents should they arise;
* General housekeeping duties, including meal preparation;

Please note: This job role involves regulated activity with adults and requires an enhanced DBS with barred list check.
