Finance Support & Reporting
1. Analyses financial data and develops financial reports
2. Performance general accounting tasks, including journal transfers
3. Issues invoices for coaching and provides support on bespoke invoicing
4. Acts as escalation point for accounts receivable
Engagement economics
5. Reconciles financial reports based on engagement delivery status
Data and insights (MI) Reporting Governance
6. Supports the design of reporting deliverables for new contracts
7. Delivers on agreed contractual reporting requirements
8. Accountable for the quality and accuracy of client and internal reports
Data and Insights (MI) production
9. Analyses data to inform contractual compliance and performance reporting
10. Develops thematic reports to inform performance reporting
11. Compiles/collates data included in client and internal reports and/or produces agreed client/internal reports
Innovation and automation
12. Manages, prioritises and implements a backlog of reporting CI initiatives including automation
Your key responsibilities
In your role as a Manager, you will have responsibility for:
13. Responsible for the delivery of contractual reporting
14. Responsible for the quality and accuracy of internal and external reporting
15. Responsible for the reporting product which supports managed learning service and coaching service delivery
16. Supports reporting proposition and liaises with Account Managers to ensure appropriate inclusion into proposals
17. Liaises with CBS teams to ensure access to data and reports as needed
18. Manages the implementation of CI projects
19. Acts as first line reviewer for all external reporting
20. Spots opportunities for future CI initiatives

To qualify for the role, you must have
30. Ability to prioritise, organise and manage team resources to deliver to the reporting calendar
31. Advanced Microsoft PowerBI skills
32. Microsoft PowerAutomate skills
33. Knowledge of how to apply desktop automation and RPA
Ideally, you’ll also have
34. Ideally educated to degree level
