Key Responsibilities:
6. Provide KS3, KS4, and KS5 pupils with stimulating and demanding lessons.
7. Encourage a passion for chemistry by using cutting-edge instructional strategies and hands-on experiments.
8. Assist and mentor students to reach their full academic potential.
9. Together with a gifted group of educators, create and carry out successful lesson plans.
10. Engage in extracurricular pursuits and make a positive impact on the school community.
Requirements:
11. Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) or equivalent.
12. Enhanced DBS on the update service (willing to get one).
13. Eligibility to work in the UK.
14. Must provide 2 proven professional references.
15. A degree in chemistry or a related field.
16. Proven experience teaching chemistry at the secondary level.
17. Strong classroom management skills and a passion for student achievement.
18. Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
