Are you experienced in dealing with customer orders ? If so we would love to hear from you. We have a fantastic opportunity for a Sales Order Processor to join one of our well established clients in Oldham. Working Monday to Friday 9am - 5pm, paying a competitive salary of £23500 per annum.
What will you be doing as a Sales Order Processer?
You will be working within a team of 10 staff, supporting the needs of sales orders coming into the business.
The role will be very busy and varied
Taking orders from customers, over the phone and on email
Updating customer and orders details on the in house computer system
Liaising with the warehouse on stock inventory, delivery dates in line with customer orders
Updating customer orders and ensuring that they are meeting expectations in line with schedules and delivery ETA
Problem solving, being resilient to dealing with any issues
Working as part of a team
We would LOVE to hear from you if you have the following skills and experience:
If you have experience in working within a Sales Team or have experience working as a order processor, sales administrator or sales order processor
You may have experience working within stock inventory and control processing orders
You will have excellent interpersonal and communication skills
Be resilient and able to work as part of a team
