This role is offering £27,000 - £30,000 DOE. It's Monday to Friday, core hours of 10AM - 4PM. This is a full time role at 37 hours per week, with the ability to work from home.
Responsibilities
As a Finance Assistant, you'll play a key role in ensuring the smooth operation of the finance department. This is a varied and interesting role that includes:
Processing and reconciling payments for grants and other financial transactions.
Managing accounts, including sales invoices, bank reconciliations, and credit control.
Supporting the delivery of strategic projects with financial input.
Assisting with year-end processes and audits.
Providing excellent customer service to internal and external stakeholders.Requirements
Has experience in a finance role or holds an AAT qualification (or equivalent).
Is proficient in using financial software and has strong IT skills - Especially Excel!
Is highly organised, methodical, and attentive to detail.
Can work independently and under pressure, prioritising tasks effectively.
