Job Description
The Role:
3. Manage and maintain the Purchase Ledger
4. Process invoices and expenses in a timely manner
5. Perform bank reconciliations
6. Prepare supplier payment runs
7. Communicate with suppliers to resolve queries
8. Assist with month-end procedures and with collating year-end information
9. Support the wider Finance team as needed
10. Work with other departments regarding financial matters and ensure invoices are authorised on time
11. Liaise with external auditors
12. Comply with all financial regulations and uphold the organisation's values
13. 30 hrs per week
The Successful Applicant
The Ideal Candidate:
14. A strong understanding of accounting principles, through experience and/or qualifications
15. Excellent organisational and communication skills
16. Proficiency in using accounting software
17. A keen eye for detail and a proactive approach to problem-solving
18. A commitment to professional development
