JRRL are looking for an efficient and well-organised Bid Coordinator to join their local client in Beckenham. The ideal candidate will be a team player with previous bid experience, be able to multi-task and work to deadlines and possess excellent communication skills.
Responsibilities for the Bid Coordinator
1. Monitor the public tender notices for suitable project opportunities, expressing interest and downloading the necessary documentation from online portals
2. Manage the bid/no bid process for your own bids with relevant departments/staff
3. Lead bid kick-off meetings where required
4. Production of high-quality submissions to support the business's work winning and project delivery activities, meeting deadlines
5. Ensure all submissions follow corporate guidelines and branding where possible and are technically correct
6. Produce written submission information, research, and clarifications/ responses for SQ, ITT, Framework and Fee submissions, liaising with other departments for information as required
7. Ensure material is factually and grammatically correct
8. Ensure tender tracker is kept up to date
9. Requesting feedback from clients
10. Maintain individual workload tracker
11. Maintain bid research library with up to date responses
12. Create bespoke presentations where needed, organograms, visuals, case studies and company CVs as required
