Your new companyHays Senior Finance are working with a leading Lincoln company to recruit a Management Accountant on either a full or part-time (3-4 days a week) hybrid basis.Your new roleThis newly created role will see you reporting to the Head of Finance and taking responsibility for the production of monthly management accounts for the UK and associated businesses in Ireland, as well as accruals & prepayments, balance sheet reconciliations, bank and petty cash reconciliations, overseeing the purchase ledger (1 staff member), expenses, VAT and Intrastat returns cashflow forecasting, and you will be responsible for the audit, liaising with the auditors and statutory accounts. You will work with world-wide group to provide reporting and audit information.What you'll need to succeedYou will be a qualified ACA, ACCA or CIMA with proven management, financial, statutory, VAT and audit experience gained in either practice or industry. You will have excellent interpersonal and communications skills, an excellent attention to detail, have a strong technical finance skill set and be used to working in a team being "hands on" to cover all tasks.
