Responsibilities:
Data Management:
Manage and maintain data integrity and accuracy within systems
Analyse and manage data to ensure efficient operations Data Entry:
Accurately enter and update data into databases and systems
Ensure quotes are entered efficiently and accurately into systems Pricing and Cost Management:
Create and manage pricing spreadsheets to support sales and operations
Track costs and budgets to ensure Documentation:
Generate quotes and client agreements
Upload data and update documents as needed Skills & Experience Required:
Proven experience in data administration or similar
Strong proficiency in using MS Office, especially Excel, CRMs or other software/systems
Excellent organisational and time management skills
Attention to detail and accuracy
Ability to work independently and as part of a team
Enjoys working at pace in a busy environment
