Project Coordinator
Whytematter are currently recruiting for an experienced Project Coordinator for a client who are a well known renewable energy company.
The Project Coordinator is an integral part of the team. This role requires an individual to be able to multitask and prioritise work load due to the nature of this busy role. This role will be based in our Mallusk office. This role would have excellent progression opportunities available.
Summary of Duties:
4. To receive incoming calls and record/manage these efficiently to the required job standard.
5. Providing support to clients by telephone and email
6. Logging and assigning response maintenance calls promptly and efficiently
7. Processing operatives paperwork and closing calls to submit for payment
8. Responding within agreed time frames, service levels and contract terms to ensure that work orders are met
9. Targeted KPI’s in relation to contract requirements
10. Support in cross-training team to cover all aspects of the contract (to allow for absence or holiday leave and contingency planning)
11. Routine administrative tasks
12. Liaise and communicate with key stakeholders and clients
13. Early escalation of any issues or concerns to line manager/ client
14. To undertake additional duties in line with management requests as required
15. To understand and comply with policies and procedures
16. Support with applications and certificates from various authorities/clients
17. To carry out work in a safe and diligent manner
18. Adhere to the Data Protection Act
19. Scheduling out daily runs for multiple operatives
20. Organising the materials for operatives, dealing with suppliers and sub-contractors.
21. Remain professional and adhere to confidentiality at all times
22. Calculate engineer performance and bonuses
Person specification:
23. 1 years experience in an office environment
24. 5 GCSE’s to include English and Maths
25. 1 years office experience
26. Fluent Microsoft Office Experience
27. Proactive and can work independently with limited supervision
28. Strong customer focus and professional at all times
29. Demonstrate high levels of organisational skills
30. Excellent communication skills
31. Ability to work as part of a team and to develop and sustain good working relationships, communicating formally and informally with colleagues and customers.
32. Adaptable with a flexible and positive attitude
33. Ability to mulitask – large volume of calls
