Job Title: IT Support Specialist
Location and Travel:
Based in Bradford, Chatham, Petersfield, or London with occasional travel to other offices.

About the Role:
As an IT Support Specialist, you will provide technical assistance to our team members, resolving hardware and software issues in a timely and efficient manner. You will also be responsible for maintaining up-to-date knowledge of new technologies and implementing process improvements.
Key Responsibilities:
* Provide first-line technical support to end-users via phone, email, and on-site visits.
* Analyze and resolve hardware and software issues, escalating complex problems to senior technicians as needed.
* Stay up-to-date with industry trends and emerging technologies, recommending upgrades and new tools to improve team efficiency.
* Maintain accurate records of support requests and resolutions, providing regular reporting to management.
Requirements:
* At least 2 years of experience in IT support or a related field.
* Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with attention to detail and ability to multitask.
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with ability to work effectively with diverse stakeholders.
* Familiarity with IT service management frameworks and tools, such as ServiceNow or JIRA.
