Building Operations and Maintenance:
1. Security Checks : Conduct routine checks to ensure all entry points are secure and alarms are functioning.
2. Emergency Preparedness : Maintain emergency kits to ensure readiness in case of emergencies.
3. Waste Management: Oversee recycling programs and ensure compliance with waste disposal regulations.
4. Initiatives: Propose and implement environmentally friendly practices within the office.
Health and Safety:
5. First Aid Oversight : Maintain first aid supplies and ensure staff are trained in basic first aid procedures.
6. Safety Inspections : Conduct regular inspections to identify and address potential safety hazards. Compliance Monitoring : Ensure adherence to health and safety regulations and maintain records accordingly.
7. Equipment Management: Maintain and troubleshoot audiovisual equipment in meeting rooms and demo areas.
8. Data Security: Implement and enforce data security protocols to protect sensitive information.
9. Wellness Initiatives: Coordinate wellness programs and activities to promote employee well-being.
10. Social Events: Assist in planning and organizing social events or team-building activities.
11. Recognition Programs: Support employee recognition efforts and maintain related records.
Continuous Improvement:
12. Feedback Collection : Gather feedback from employees and visitors to improve service delivery.
13. Process Documentation : Document standard operating procedures (SOPs) for all reception and facilities tasks.
14. Training and Development : Participate in training sessions to enhance skills and knowledge relevant to the role.
15. Community Engagement: Represent the organization positively in community events or initiatives.
16. Supplier Relations: Manage relationships with vendors and suppliers to ensure timely service and quality products. Visitor Experience Enhancement: Continuously improve the visitor experience through feedback analysis and adjustments.
