They are now looking for a Support & Integration Team Leader to join their team on a full-time, permanent basis.

The Role
As a Support & Integration Team Leader, you will lead and motivate a team of support practitioners to deliver tailored resettlement support packages for refugees and migrants.
Ensuring the service operates effectively, you will maintain the quality of support plans, risk assessments and service delivery through regular monitoring, audits and use of data reports.
You will also oversee staff training, performance and development, ensuring compliance with internal quality framework and safeguarding policies.
Additionally, you will:
- Manage a personal caseload
- Provide reports on service impact and identify opportunities for improvement
- Represent the organisation in external engagements
About You
To be considered as a Support & Integration Team Leader, you will need:
- Experience providing frontline support in an advice and/or guidance role
- Experience working with Refugees and Migrants
- Knowledge of support service standards and procedures
- Knowledge of UK institutions such as local authorities, DWP, Home Office, etc.
- Knowledge of UK asylum system and resettlement programmes
- The ability to manage a team delivering frontline support work
- Strong IT skills and the ability to use CRM Salesforce
