Salary: £22,817 (£28,000 OTE)

The Role – Customer Service Advisor
8. Often being the first point of contact with our customers, delivering an excellent customer service via inbound calls
9. Dealing with all online customer queries through our web support tool that come through our Social Media channels and contact email
10. Display a friendly, confident manner, excellent communication skills and a real ability to build a rapport with customers
11. Demonstrate strong product knowledge ensure all customer queries can be answered
12. Ability to upsell the benefits of new products to existing customers
13. Using your initiative to create original solutions to problems
14. Promoting company brand image positively
15. Provide a high level of customer service; being appreciative and understanding each individual’s needs
16. To follow company processes and procedures
17. Support the organisation through working towards aims and objectives
Required Experience
18. Excellent customer service skills
19. Previous telephone experience, both inbound and outbound to existing customers highly advantageous
20. Experience in a call centre environment is desired
21. Ability to work both a team and as an individual
22. Enthusiastic and passionate member of the team
23. Ability to strive within a busy environment
24. Knowledgeable on MS Office
