Tony Gee and Partners is currently recruiting for a Marketing Assistant in the Business Development team based in our Esher office.

About the role:
1. Sitting within the Business Development Group to deliver its responsibilities and objectives across all international regions.
2. Supporting the functions of the Senior Marketing Manager with corporate marketing and promotion initiatives.
3. Interfaces with senior staff across the business
4. Work on internal and external promotional events
5. Production of marketing literature, including capability statements, brochures, promotional material and advertisements
6. Preparing web content for our external platforms and intranet
7. Secondary responsibilities will be to support other BD Group team members
Required Skills
8. The ability to communicate effectively and persuasively with teams in a diverse range of forums and environments.
9. Possess a sound knowledge of marketing and promotional activities
10. Excellent organisation skills to deal with multiple activities simultaneously
11. Ability to meet defined deadlines
12. Attention to detail
13. The ability to input creatively into marketing initiatives.
14. The ability to work collaboratively as part of a business development team in the UK and international regions.
15. To present a positive image internally across the business.
16. Excellent knowledge of MS Office and 365
17. Willingness to work flexibly to ensure workload is managed effectively.
18. Willingness to look for better ways of working whilst considering best practice processes.
Desirable Skills
19. Experience of using Adobe Creative Suite especially Indesign
20. Experience of client management systems or other pursuit management systems and processes.
21. An appreciation of digital and social media marketing
22. Experience in creating digital media.
23. Working knowledge of HTML coding and web-design, Wordpress in particular.
Qualifications
24. Marketing or related Degree achieved at University
25. Other non degree related qualifications will also be considered
The ideal candidate would be based in our Esher office which is where the Business Development team are located although we would also consider candidates who wished to work out of our St Albans office. Flexibility is required occasionally for travel to our other UK offices as the work requires.
