Document Controller
Location: Rochester (Isle of Grain – Onsite)
Duration: 12-months - Inside IR35
Belcan is currently looking for an experienced Lead Document Controller on a 12-14month contract to join one of our client in Rochester- Isle of Grain location.
As a Lead Document Controller you will be involved in
* Final control and distribution of documents, managing workflows, report generation, including close-out and handover of documentation to the Terminal.
* Would prefer Oracle Aconex experience (but not essential).
* Administration Skills : Proficient in the production, organisation and maintenance of records, reports, presentations and training materials. Site record-keeping .
* Production and maintenance of procedures for personal, team and corporate use.
* General administration support across the project. Including daily/weekly reporting and personnel reporting.
* The successful candidate will have responsibility for managing and administering all aspects of our Aconex system.
* They will need to be a confident and patient communicator and will regularly coordinate activities and requirements with our Contractors.
* Industry experience: Oil & Gas, LNG and construction.
* Site based role and you are required to be in office all 5 days.
