Responsibilities:
* Main point of contact for general Finance Administration duties
* To deal with customer telephone and email queries efficiently
* Record payments taken and shop sales
* Managing of payable and receivables accounts
* Efficient credit control and time frames agreed with customers
* Collate and record a monthly BACS list
Skills and experience needed:
* Experience using Xero (Essential)
* Fluent Welsh (Essential)
* Experience working in a Finance environment
* Strong organisational skills
* Excellent administration skills
