Health & Wellbeing programme; This role will lead the delivery of a range of different project types, aligned to MandM’s business objectives, working with a mixed waterfall/agile framework.
✨Define project scope, goals, and deliverables in collaboration with stakeholders
Develop detailed project plans, timelines, and milestones, and manage resources
Lead cross-functional teams to execute projects, ensuring alignment with project objectives
Monitor project progress, identify risks, and implement mitigation strategies
Ensure that all projects are delivered on time, within scope, and within budget
Coordinate with external vendors or contractors as needed
Conduct post-project evaluations and create recommendations for future projects
Implement best practices, tools, and methodologies to improve project outcomes
Project management certifications ideally waterfall and agile
~5+ years of project management experience including IT and non IT focused projects
~ Proven experience in managing complex projects with cross-functional teams.
~ Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and meet deadlines.
~ Proficiency in project management tools (e.g., Smartsheet, JIRA, MS Project, Trello)
~ Experience of working with third party suppliers and inhouse software development teams
~ Digital project management experience highly desirable
