About the Role: We are seeking a highly motivated ESG Analyst to support us in developing and implementing effective ESG strategies for our clients. In this role, you will contribute to a range of projects aimed at enhancing clients' environmental, social, and governance performance. You will work collaboratively supporting multidisciplinary consultants, assist in data analysis and report production, and help shape the ESG direction for diverse organisations. You will play a pivotal role in enhancing the ESG performance of diverse organisations by supporting data-driven insights, contributing to strategic development, and preparing high-quality reports. Responsibilities: Data Collection & Analysis: Support the collection, analysis, and validation of datasets to ensure accuracy. Assist in designing tailored data collection documents that streamline ESG data gathering for clients. Research & Benchmarking: Conduct detailed, forward-looking research and create benchmarking reports that drive clients' ESG initiatives. Analyse industry data and trends to deliver insights that shape and refine strategic decisions. ESG Reporting: Produce high-quality, detailed ESG reports in alignment with the latest industry frameworks, including SASB, GRI, and TCFD, ensuring clear, accessible communication for diverse stakeholders. Trend Analysis: Monitor emerging trends and regulatory changes within the ESG landscape. Leverage insights on environmental, social, and governance topics to provide clients with up-to-date, forward-looking guidance. Strategic Support: Provide essential support to clients in the development of their ESG strategies. Help align organisational goals with best practices and compliance requirements to foster meaningful, sustainable impact. Consultant Support: Collaborate closely with senior ESG consultants, providing research and analytical support to help develop bespoke ESG solutions and frameworks tailored to client needs. Qualifications: Minimum of 2 years of relevant experience, ideally within ESG consultancy. Strong research and analytical abilities, with a proven capacity to synthesise data into actionable insights. Excellent written and spoken English communication skills. Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and Word. Demonstrated experience in data collection, analysis, and interpretation. Experience in working with real asset industries, such as shipping, oil & gas, mining or real estate is a plus. Familiarity with sustainability frameworks and regulatory standards (e.g., SASB, GRI, TCFD) is highly advantageous.
