Working as part of the Supply Chain function in Demand Planning the primary purpose of this role is to challenge and improve the accuracy of the forecast and analysis work within the team. There will be an opportunity to build positive relationships and trust with key business collaborators across Technology, Business and Fixed Network Expansion, to ensure the demand signal is as accurate as possible at all times. Working in a continuous improvement environment related to network demand planning: associated processes, systems, tools, and reporting.
A background in working with data reporting tools and dashboards would be key to succeeding in this role.

The must haves
In order to be considered, you must have the following experience;
1. Proven understanding and experience of planning, developing and operating optimised forecasting tool models to drive improvement to important metrics, measure results and drive performance improvements
2. Experience in statistical forecasting practise, multi-level forecasting, and customer collaboration
3. Excellent communication and influencing skills to enable strong challenge of the forecasting reports across different and often difficult key stakeholders.
4. Able to work in ambiguity i.e., create a forecast when you don’t have all the information you need. Build forecast assumptions with confidence. Be confident in growth/decline, history lengths and seasonality to deliver an accurate forward forecast.
5. Attention detail and accurate reporting skills
